Maybe try Little Black Book-Daily Food Diary and Little Black Book-Workout Journal, both endorsed by SHAPE Magazine...good for those who want to start to make a plan toward weight loss and those who are new to planning a fitness regimine.
Also, if sore joints are a problem you must take glucosamine and chondroitan, its expensive for a potent brand, but so worth it. I experience the side benefit of hair and nails growing fast...lol Good Luck!
I'm 52 - 53 in a week actually, and really struggling with my weight. I gained 85 lbs when my twins were born 6 years ago, and until recently, have not been able to take it off. I've been in a high protein, low carb program since January, and have lost 50 lbs to date. Still at least 35 to 40 to go though - and really struggling. Any tipcs to share? I'd appreciate your insights.
